Australian Agribusiness (Holdings) Pty Ltd is an integrated manufacturer, distributor and provider of professional products and services. We provide effective and responsible solutions that enhance human life, through protecting and nurturing the environment and supporting a sustainable future.

Having been incorporated in 2016, Australian Agribusiness brings together a number of trusted brands and companies that together share over 100-years of experience. As a parent company to these brands, we exist to provide strategic direction for our two divisions of Crop Solutions, and Professional & Consumer Solutions.

Australian Agribusiness is a wholly owned subsidiary of the international biotechnology company CK Life Sciences Int’l., (Holdings) Inc. whose mission is to improve the quality of life through human health and the environment in which we live. Established in 2000, CK Life Sciences is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange and is a member of the CK Hutchison Group.

Professional & Consumer Solutions

Our Professional & Consumer Solutions division is a diversified sales and distribution arm comprising of four brands operating across several professional and consumer sectors including professional turf, professional pest management, consumer home and garden and specialty agriculture. Partnering with local and multinational manufacturers, and through our own investment in research and development, our sales teams and Key Account Managers aim to provide real solutions to our clients that are bespoke to their unique market requirements.

Crop Solutions

Our Crop Solutions division is home to Accensi, Australia’s leading independent toll manufacturer of agrochemical and crop solution products. With innovative production facilities located in key growing regions around Australia, Accensi provides services for both local and international markets. To complement our strength in toll manufacturing, Accensi also delivers excellence in research and development, formulation optimisation, storage and handling, global procurement, distribution, and regulatory submissions.
